By purchasing this custom design request, you’ll secure your spot in my order queue. I’ll reach out when it’s time to create something special just for you. The amount paid here will be applied to your final invoice once we put all the details together. Custom orders follow my current turnaround timeline. If customer provided item is being embroidered, that timeline begins once the piece is in my possession. Once we finalize your design, a complimentary proof will be provided.

While we handle every piece with care, we cannot be responsible for damage that may occur during the embroidery process in the rare case of machine malfunction.
