Returns & Cancellations

Each Petite Pearl piece is made to order, which means all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless a mistake was made by Petite Pearl Embroidery Co.

Each Petite Pearl piece is created with care, and small variations are part of the nature of handcrafted embroidery. Minor placement differences (up to Âź inch in any direction) fall within our standard production tolerances and are not considered defects.


If an error occurs on our end, please contact us at petitepearlembroideryco@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition for any correction or remake to be considered.

If there is ever a concern with your order, we may request a photo of the item before determining the best resolution. This helps us ensure every request is handled thoughtfully and fairly.

If a return is approved instead of an exchange, the customer will receive store credit. 

Cancellation Policy

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window on most orders.
To request a cancellation, please email petitepearlembroideryco@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order number in the message.

Custom Orders (including embroidery or monograms):
May be canceled within 24 hours only if production has not yet begun.

Preorder Items:
Eligible for cancellation within the 24-hour window or prior to the preorder close, whichever comes first.
Once a preorder closes, all sales are final. 

In-Stock or Sale Items:
May be canceled within 24 hours. After this period, cancellations are eligible for store credit only.

All Sale Items:
Final sale — not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.

After 24 hours, all orders are considered final and no longer eligible for cancellation or modification. 

Any refund for cancellations will be issued to the original payment method.
