Waiver for Customer Provided Items

At Petite Pearl Embroidery Co., every piece entrusted to us is handled with the utmost care. We take great pride in our work and treat each item as if it were our own. Our embroidery process uses professional equipment and thoughtful techniques to ensure beautiful, high-quality results you’ll love.

While garment or product damage due to machine malfunctions is rare, an unexpected issue could occur that is beyond our control. In the unlikely event that a machine malfunction causes damage to a customer-provided item, all embroidery service fees for the affected item will be fully refunded; however, we are unable to reimburse or replace customer-provided garments or items.
